Businessman, Daniel McKorley has said that he will continue to criticize government policies that do not favour the entrepreneur.

His comments come on the back of criticism from Gabby Asare Otchere Darko, who was of the view that McDan as he is popularly known ,should not have criticized government policies because he benefited from the New Patriotic Party government.

But speaking to Oyerepa TV in an interview, McDan indicated that he is not selfish to stay silent when things are not in the best interest of the business community just because he has benefited from the government.

“What I did was that I talked about some Ministers who were not listening to the businessmen in my 30 years of being an entrepreneur. What he did was that he just picked out of context that I was talking against NPP government,” he explained.

He continued, “It is government that has to help the private sector so if anything at all, if a policy is not good for the private sector or if NPP has helped me, should I be selfish? I can’t be selfish not to talk about it.”

When told that he enjoyed from the party so he needed to be silent, he said, “I am not that kind of person. We need to criticize what is wrong. We have to help politicians, we have to help the government come out with good policies and fortunately the day I said that Bawumia was there.”
