Africa International Business Consultancy, a Ghanaian-based firm led by Afro-Italian entrepreneur Freda Cooper, has been officially accredited to participate in the 2025 World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF) Annual Meetings.

The accreditation positions the firm among key stakeholders invited to join high-level global discussions in Washington, D.C.

The Annual Meetings, scheduled for next year, provide a vital platform for economic dialogue and policy coordination on global development.

The meetings will bring together central bank governors, finance ministers, development experts, and private sector leaders from across the world.

They will deliberate on critical global issues such as poverty reduction, climate change, debt sustainability, inflation, and inclusive economic growth.

Freda Cooper, speaking on behalf of the consultancy, said the opportunity represents a chance to align with global efforts for lasting impact.

“The opportunity to be part of these vital conversations enables us to forge new partnerships and pursue innovative solutions that align with our mission to create lasting change across Africa and beyond,” she said.

The firm’s accreditation marks a major milestone for African consultancies gaining visibility and recognition on the global stage.

It also reflects the continent’s growing role in influencing international development strategies.
