A video has surfaced on social media showing some students of the Winneba Technical Institute openly displaying a variety of weapons.

The footage captures a group of students parading and brandishing what appear to be knives and other objects within the school premises, prompting widespread public concern.

The caption reads, “A disturbing video has surfaced of some students of the Winneba Technical Institute openly brandishing various weapons.

The act has drawn widespread outrage, particularly because of the ongoing case involving SDA student Suzzy Pinamang, who is still recovering from the tragedy of another student bringing a weapon to school.”

This incident follows a recent shooting at the Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Senior High School, where a second-year student, Suzzy Pinamang, was allegedly shot in the eye by another student who brought a firearm to class and accidentally discharged it.

She is currently in the UK undergoing emergency medical treatment, with the full cost being covered by Ibrahim Mahama, Special Aide to Rafik Mahama.

The decision to seek treatment abroad followed recommendations by doctors at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), who indicated that she required specialist care unavailable locally.
