A Cry for Love in a World Tired of Hate
Sometimes in life, it’s not the loud battles that break us. It’s the quiet wars we never see coming. The silent eyes that watch us, not with admiration, but with anger. The quiet lips that smile with us in public but curse us in private. The hands that once clapped for us now working secretly to pull us down.
There are people who don’t like you, and you don’t even know. You’ve never fought them. Never insulted them. You may have never even spoken to them. But for reasons you may never understand, they carry something heavy in their hearts against you.
Some are angry because they think you hurt them, even when you don’t know what you did.
Some dislike you because your light makes them feel unseen.
Some are just offended that your life seems to be moving forward, even if just by inches.
And some just hate you for no reason at all.
This is not fiction. This is life.
This is the reason many of us have become so careful with our happiness.
We post a photo and quickly wonder, “Is this too much? Will someone be offended by my joy?”
We graduate, get a job, start a business, get married, have a child, but we don’t celebrate too loud. Because we’ve seen what can happen when we do.
Why is it like this?
Why can’t we just be happy for one another?
Why does someone else’s success feel like a personal failure to some?
Why do we carry such hate for people who have never harmed us?
If you’re reading this and your heart is clean, if you move through life with peace and love for everyone, this message is for you too. Because you’re not alone. There are others like you. People who wish good for others. Who don’t envy. Who clap for others sincerely. But sometimes even the kindest of hearts are not spared from attack.
We live in a world where some people will do anything to see you fall.
They will lie, plan, manipulate, twist stories, or even go to spiritual places just to make sure you don’t rise above them.
They’ll say, “I will show him. I will show her.”
But after you’ve shown them, what next?
Do you sleep better at night?
Do their tears water your crops?
Do their failures make your life any better?
Some people think if they can bring others down, they will finally rise. But life doesn’t work that way. Tearing down another person’s house does not build yours.
And here’s what’s even more painful. Many of us feel this hatred. We can’t point fingers, but we know it’s there. We sense it. We feel the coldness in the room. We hear the way our names change in certain mouths. We see the way they avoid our eyes when we walk in.
And still, we keep loving.
Still, we keep forgiving.
Still, we keep smiling.
But deep down, we are tired.
Tired of walking on eggshells.
Tired of being punished for simply being who we are.
Tired of holding back our joy because someone somewhere is offended by our laughter.
Why is it so hard to just be kind?
Why is it so hard to wish others well?
Why do some people only love others when they are struggling, but grow cold when they start winning?
To what end?
Should everyone around you fail before you feel successful?
Should everyone suffer before you believe you are blessed?
If someone rises, does it mean you can’t?
If someone shines, does it mean you can’t glow too?
This isn’t just a question for the haters.
This is a cry.
A deep cry for something better.
A cry for a world where people are not afraid of their own blessings.
A cry for a world where people are not hunted for their smiles.
A cry for a world where people don’t carry secret anger over someone else’s breakthrough.
We need to be better.
We need to stop the silent wars.
We need to stop being enemies in the shadows.
Because one day, we will all leave this world.
And no one will care who had more or who got there first.
What will matter is how we lived and how we treated others.
Did we love? Did we forgive? Did we help others rise or did we help them fall?
The truth is, there is enough space in this life for all of us to win.
But we must first learn to clean our hearts.
Let go of bitterness.
Forgive old wounds.
And choose love. Every single day.
Because life is short.
But hate can make it even shorter.
Not just for the one who receives it, but for the one who carries it too.
So let the celebrations be loud.
Let the wins be danced.
Let the joy be full.
Let the hearts be light.
And if you find yourself holding hate, ask yourself… to what end?
To what end will we keep hating each other?
To what end will we let envy be our companion?
To what end will we keep hurting those who have done nothing but exist?
This is the cry.
Let it reach every heart.
Let it heal.
Let it change us.
Because we all deserve a world where we can just be, without fear, without hate, without shadows.
