Former Greater Accra Youth Regional Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Moses Abor, spent the weekend in the North East Region, holding a powerful engagement with the Regional Organiser, constituency organisers, and the operational team members of the party.

The meeting, filled with energy and shared purpose, forms part of a broader agenda to regroup, restructure, and rebrand the NPP as it prepares for what many see as a defining election in 2028.

In a heartfelt address, Moses Abor charged the party’s grassroots leaders to stay committed and focused, describing their role as critical to securing victory in the next general elections.

“Our core mission now is simple mobilise, energise, and strengthen our base,” he said. “2028 is not just another election; it’s our opportunity to reclaim power and reset the development agenda of this country. But to get there, we must work as one.”

He praised the North East Regional team for their ongoing sacrifices, saying their dedication has not gone unnoticed by national party leadership.

“I’m proud of the efforts you’ve been putting in. I know the challenges you face. But I’m here to remind you do not relent. Your hard work matters. And I can assure you, when the NPP returns to power in 2028, your voices will be heard, your concerns addressed,” he said.

Moses Abor also used the moment to speak about party unity and discipline, urging organisers to treat one another with respect and compassion as they push forward together.

“We must be each other’s keeper,” he advised. “Treat one another with love and a common sense of purpose. Let’s stop the divisions. Let’s move in one direction together.”

He added, “With unity and togetherness, we shall deliver victory for the NPP in 2028 and that victory won’t just be for the party. It will be for Ghana.”
