Leadership is about service, vision and ethical governance, not personal gain or political rivalry. Rules of law and morality have eroded, replaced by falsehood, acrimony, malice, dishonesty and injustice. Leaders enact laws favoring their own interests, avoiding true mental competence and creativity needed for growth. Ghana is blessed with wise citizens and rich resources, yet poverty remains high due to misgovernance and misplaced priorities.
