Legal Practitioner and member of the NPP National Communications Team, Kwasi Kwarteng, has been appointed as the official spokesperson for Kennedy Agyapong’s campaign for the NPP flagbearership.

Mr. Kwarteng brings to the role extensive experience in governance, political communication, and public policy.

His strong academic and professional background has prepared him to effectively communicate the vision and objectives of the campaign.

Kwasi Kwarteng holds an LLB from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor of Education in Health Sciences from the University for Development Studies.

He also holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Master’s in International Law from the University of Ghana, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Environmental Safety from GIMPA.

He is also a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. Additionally, he holds a professional certificate in Public Relations.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Kwarteng served as the spokesperson for the Ministry of Education, where he was instrumental in managing media engagements and public communication for the Ministry.

His active participation in the 2024 NPP parliamentary primaries in Asante Akyem North further underscores his deep commitment to party politics and his ability to connect with grassroots movements.

With his background in communication, law, and public policy, Kwasi Kwarteng is expected to play a key role in shaping and delivering the campaign’s message as it engages party members and the wider public.
