Petition To The Government Of Ghana For The Investigation Of Inheritance Fraud, Insurance Misappropriation, Medical Complicity, And Systemic Abuse Against Beneficiaries Through Spiritual And Institutional Conspiracy

A National Call for Immediate Investigation and Reform Concerning the Misuse of Inheritance, Insurance, Medical, and Security Systems to Disenfranchise and Spiritually Sabotage Innocent Beneficiaries

Your Excellency / Hon. Ministers, Judicial, Health, and Security Leaders,

I, Eric Paddy Boso, a concerned citizen of the Republic of Ghana, respectfully submit this petition to call your attention to a growing and deeply alarming national crisis affecting countless individuals — particularly those entitled to inheritances, insurance claims, and family wealth.

Summary of the Issue
Across Ghana, there is a systemic pattern where rightful beneficiaries of estates, properties, and insurance policies are:

Falsely labeled as mentally unfit, spiritually dangerous, or incapable Denied access to their rightful inheritance and legacy Targeted through spiritual manipulation, smear campaigns, and psychological warfare Victimized by fraudulent legal, insurance, and medical practices Abandoned or sabotaged by institutions entrusted to protect them

This exploitation is not merely domestic or familial — it involves judicial actors, security personnel, health professionals, and spiritual conspirators, creating a coordinated machine of oppression masked as legality and care.

Key Areas of Concern
1. Wrongful Denial of Inheritance Rights

Beneficiaries — especially orphans, widows, or lone survivors — are declared mentally unfit or spiritually compromised without medical or legal merit, in order to steal their property or access to inheritance.

2. Insurance Fraud and Financial Exploitation of Death

Life insurance claims, pensions, and death benefits are often fraudulently claimed using:

Falsified medical reports Tampered death certificates Internal collusion with insurance staff Fraudulent witnesses and legal manipulation

Many deaths remain suspicious and unresolved, while legitimate beneficiaries are bypassed or targeted.

3. Spiritual and Psychological Manipulation

Spiritual tactics such as:

Witchcraft, voodoo, and ritual sacrifices Smear campaigns, gang stalking, and spiritual gaslighting Use of “spiritual hitmen” and psychic attacks Weaponizing family and close networks to isolate beneficiaries

These are employed to spiritually weaken, mentally destabilize, or eliminate rightful heirs.

4. Medical Complicity: The Silent Role of Doctors and Nurses

An alarming dimension of this abuse involves the complicity of medical professionals — including certain doctors, nurses, and mental health practitioners — who misuse their roles to fabricate or support fraudulent narratives. Specifically:

False psychiatric diagnoses to discredit beneficiaries Manipulation or falsification of death certificates to enable insurance fraud Sedation, misdiagnosis, or forced institutionalization of healthy individuals Participation in spiritual rituals or silence regarding abuses hidden as healthcare

This medical betrayal is not only unethical but deadly. It serves as a gateway to strip victims of dignity, credibility, and their rightful claims.

5. Institutional Complicity and Legal Weaponization

Actors within Ghana’s justice and security systems — including certain lawyers, judges, registrars, and police officers — are complicit or willfully negligent. These actors:

Forge documents/reports and signatures Unlawfully amend or suppress wills Delay or obstruct cases involving inheritance or insurance Ignore spiritual, emotional, and psychological evidence of abuse

6. Projection and Character Assassination

Victims are often accused of the very evil being done to them — labeled as greedy, mad, or spiritually dark, while their abusers remain protected. This projective manipulation isolates and destroys beneficiaries’ credibility and support networks.

Our Demands
We the undersigned (on behalf of many voiceless citizens), request the Government of Ghana to:

Establish a National Commission of Inquiry

To investigate inheritance fraud, forged documents, suspicious deaths, and abuse of insurance systems.

Launch a National Audit of Wills and Insurance Claims (2000–2025)

With forensic experts to verify documents involving contested inheritance or mental illness claims.

Create a Whistleblower Protection Platform

For lawyers, health workers, family members, and officials to safely report fraud and spiritual abuse.

Introduce Forensic Document Verification Protocols

Handwriting analysis, audio verification, digital trails, and independent reviews for legal documents.

Initiate Public Awareness Campaigns on Spiritual Abuse and Legal Fraud

Led by religious, legal, and traditional authorities to educate citizens and prevent further victimization.

Set Up a Special Investigation Unit within the CID and Ministry of Justice

To handle inheritance-related crimes, especially those involving spiritual manipulation and systemic abuse.

Include Ghana Health Service and Medical Councils in Disciplinary Oversight

For doctors and nurses involved in falsified mental reports, wrongful sedation, or medical betrayal.

Why This Matters

Victims are being spiritually, emotionally, and legally murdered. Families are destroyed; estates and pensions stolen. Institutions are enabling evil through silence or active participation. Ghana’s justice, medical, and security systems are losing credibility. This is not just corruption — it is spiritual warfare masquerading as legality.

Personal Note
At this point, I am not naming individuals. However, I speak as someone who has either experienced or witnessed these evils firsthand. Too many people have died mysteriously, gone insane under manipulation, or lost their destinies while others profited. This is a national and moral emergency.

Conclusion
This petition is not just a document. It is a national cry.

Let Ghana rise with boldness to confront this hidden darkness. Let the courts be purified, our doctors be reminded of their oaths, and our institutions become the protectors of legacy — not the looters of it.

“Let justice flow like a river, and righteousness like a never-failing stream.” — Amos 5:24

Respectfully submitted,
ERIC PADDY BOSO
Citizen of Ghana
