The Electoral Commission (EC) has officially announced the 19 polling stations in the Ablekuma North Constituency where a critical parliamentary rerun will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025.
This decisive rerun follows months of uncertainty surrounding the 2024 parliamentary results in the constituency. The delay stemmed from disputes over pink sheets that were endorsed by political party agents but not verified by presiding officers—violating EC protocols.
The outcome of the rerun is expected to settle the last outstanding parliamentary seat, ultimately confirming the final balance of power between the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Parliament.
