The speaker roster also features leading African HR executives such as Olusegun Mojeed, President of CIPM Nigeria; Ahmed Quresha Abdullahi, Executive Director of IHRM Kenya; and Jocelyne Uwamahoro, President of the Rwanda Human Resource Management Organisation and HR Director at Rwanda Energy Group.

During the four days, participants will explore the intersection of technology and human capital through keynote addresses, panel discussions, hands-on workshops, and expert-led masterclasses.

Key topics will include the use of AI in recruitment, managing hybrid work environments, building upskilling strategies, and advancing people analytics across organizations.

Attendees will also gain access to a dedicated HR tech exhibition, structured networking opportunities, and a post-conference cultural heritage tour from Accra to Cape Coast and Safari Valley—offering a unique blend of professional development and cultural enrichment.

In a recent statement, Johnny C. Taylor Jr. remarked, “Human beings are the most important asset of every economy. With Africa poised to become the most populated continent on the planet, investing in HR development is more critical than ever.”
