The decision to select this highly qualified individual for the role has been met with widespread approval.

The people of the Oti and Northern regions, in particular, are pleased with the president’s decision.

Dubbed Major Kuyon, he embodies traits of discipline, hard work, and dedication.

His appointment is a well-deserved recognition of his contributions, despite some speculating that his efforts in securing the party’s victory in the 2024 elections may have gone unnoticed.

As a respected figure in the party’s security organization, he has consistently conducted himself with dignity, making him a deserving candidate for this opportunity.

With a strong military background and impressive academic credentials, Major Kuyon brings a wealth of experience to NADMO.

His expertise in financial management will be invaluable in effectively managing the organization and ensuring that sufficient resources are available for its efficient functioning.

NADMO, which has struggled in its response to emergencies and disasters in recent years, will undoubtedly benefit from his leadership.

As he officially takes on his new role tomorrow, we extend our thanks to the president for making a wise decision in appointing Major Kuyon. We also extend our congratulations to him on his well-deserved position.

This appointment marks a positive step towards enhancing the organization and strengthening its ability to handle future disasters with greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Furthermore, Dr. Joseph Bikanyi Kuyon boasts of an impressive educational background. He holds a PhD in Financial Management from Dongbei University in China, an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana, and a BSc in Business Administration from the same university.
