Businesswoman and mining colossus Angela List has reaffirmed her rightful position as a shareholder and director of BCM, a mining services company that operates across sub-saharan Africa and Jordan.

Angela has been an integral part of BCM International’s growth and success, playing a crucial role in shaping the company’s vision and strategy. Her contributions were instrumental in driving the company’s expansion and establishing its reputation as a leader in the mining industry from the year 2001 to 2020.

“I am proud to confirm my position as a shareholder and director of BCM International,” said Angela List. “I have always been committed to the company’s mission and values, which were shaped under my leadership and I am excited to continue working with our team to drive growth and innovation.”

A recent court ruling has unequivocally confirmed Angela List’s position as a shareholder and director of BCM. The ruling brings an end to the lengthy dispute and provides clarity on the company’s leadership and ownership structure.

Angela List’s assertion of her rightful ownership and leadership has been supported by relevant company documents which unequivocally establishes her position within the company. This clarification is expected to bring stability and certainty to BCM International, allowing the company to focus on its future growth and development.

As a respected and experienced business leader, Angela List who heads Nguvu Mining and Adamus Resources is well-equipped to guide BCM International toward continued success. Her dedication to the company’s values and mission will undoubtedly propel BCM International to new heights, regaining its position as a leading player in the mining and civil contractors industry.

Under Angela List’s leadership, BCM International expanded beyond West Africa to Central Asia and Middle East and is poised to embark on a new chapter of growth and innovation. The company remains committed to delivering exceptional value to its customers, stakeholders, and the wider community.

Angela is a dedicated philanthropist who has made significant contributions to various social causes, particularly in the areas of education and women empowerment. As the CEO of Nguvu Mining and Adamus Resources, she has been instrumental in driving the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Additionally, Angela List has been recognized for her commitment to promoting gender inclusivity in the mining industry. Through Nguvu Mining’s Women in Mining Initiative, she has worked to empower women in the sector and promote diversity and inclusion.

Her CSR efforts also extend to supporting education and skills development programs through Adamus Resources Limited, one of the companies she is associated with.
