Bawa returned to say 'thank you' as a gesture of deep respect and gratitude to the grassroots Bawa returned to say ‘thank you’ as a gesture of deep respect and gratitude to the grassroots

Edward Bawa, former Member of Parliament for Bongo and current CEO and Managing Director of GOIL PLC, has paid a visit to the NDC regional executives in the Ashanti and Bono Regions to express his heartfelt appreciation for their tireless efforts during the 2024 general elections.

Having had the privilege of working closely with party structures in both regions, particularly in training polling agents and serving as an agent for H.E. John Mahama at the Ashanti Regional Collation Centre.

Bawa witnessed firsthand the commitment, vigilance, and teamwork that contributed to the party’s significant gains in these critical areas.

His return to say “thank you” is a gesture of deep respect and gratitude to the grassroots, whose sacrifices often go unacknowledged. It is also a reminder of the importance of staying connected with the party’s base long after the elections are over.

Bawa’s visit stands as a quiet but powerful example of leadership grounded in humility, appreciation, and a genuine belief in collective effort.
