Chief of Staff Julius Debrah has nullified all appointments and recruitments into the Public Service made after December 7, 2024.
A confidential letter, obtained by Citi News, has been circulated to heads of government institutions, instructing them to enforce the directive.
The decision is expected to impact individuals who secured public sector positions following the 2024 general elections.
Although no official reason has been provided for the revocations, sources indicate that the move is part of the government’s efforts to uphold fairness and transparency during the public sector transition process.
