The newly appointed Acting Director-General of the Cyber Security Authority, Mr. Divine Selase Agbeti, has reaffirmed the Authority’s commitment to strengthening its collaboration with Huawei, particularly in areas of regulatory compliance and capacity building.
He made this statement on Tuesday in Accra when a delegation from Huawei Ghana led by Ms. Julia Qiu Ye, Head of Business Environment Department, visited him to congratulate him on his new role.
During the meeting, he stressed that the Authority’s approach was not about imposing limitations but about enabling a flourishing digital economy built on trust, integrity and innovation.
He touched on the importance of collaboration for technical training, especially in Critical Information Infrastructure Protection.
They expressed a shared vision for building a more secure and resilient digital ecosystem in Ghana.
Both parties highlighted the shared goal of creating a regulatory environment that fosters growth, supports compliance.
