Once we receive your notice, we will review it and take appropriate action as per the DMCA guidelines, which may include removing or disabling access to the alleged infringing material. In accordance with the DMCA, we may notify the user who posted the infringing content and provide them an opportunity to counter-notify.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification, you will need to provide the following information:

  1. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address).
  2. Identification of the removed content: The location of the material that was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to jurisdiction: A statement confirming that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which you are located, or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found.
  5. Signature: A physical or electronic signature.
