The 2025 Ecobank-JoyNews Habitat Fair continues today at Achimota Retail Centre, Accra, following a successful opening day that attracted hundreds of prospective homeowners and property investors.
Now in its second day, the three-day exhibition (June 20-23) brings together Ghana’s leading housing, construction, security and interior design brands under one roof.
The fair provides a comprehensive platform for homebuyers to explore properties, secure financing, and source building materials.
Ecobank, the event’s headline sponsor, has stationed mortgage specialists at the venue to guide attendees through various home financing options.
Several exhibitors are offering exclusive discounts on building materials, furniture and security systems available only during the fair period.
The event features free expert seminars on topics ranging from property acquisition to sustainable housing solutions.
“Dream It. Own It. Live It.” serves as this year’s theme, emphasizing the fair’s mission to make homeownership more accessible.
With Ghana facing a housing deficit exceeding 1.8 million units, organisers say the event helps bridge the gap between developers, financiers and potential homeowners.
The fair runs daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Achimota Retail Centre, with free admission for all attendees.
