A fake medical doctor, Dr Anne Sansa Daly, who has been providing medical advice on GhOne Television Network and holding herself as a medical doctor, does not hold any certificate that qualifies her to carry out medical practice in both Ghana and the United States.
It is believed that fake Dr Anne Sansa Daly holds a USA passport.
To expose her alleged criminal and dastardly fraud, the Medical and Dental Council (MDC) was petitioned to investigate the credentials of Dr Anne Sansa Daly.
In their response, signed by Dr. Alex Peasah-Koduah, the Medical and Dental Council was emphatic that their records do not show that she is a qualified medical practitioner.
“The Medical and Dental Council (MDC) has conducted preliminary investigations into the matter. Our records indicate that Dr Anne Daly is not registered with the Council and, therefore, does not hold a valid license to practice medicine or dentistry in Ghana, as stipulated in Sections 29(1), 30, and 48(b) and (d) of the Health Professions Regulatory Bodies Act, 2013 (Act 857),” the letter noted.
Checks at the American Board of Family Medicine also revealed that Anne Sansa Daly, M.D., contrary to her claim, is not a diplomate of the Board and cannot, therefore, hold herself out as such.
The US Board’s response stated, “The information provided does not match our records. We are unable to identify a physician matching the information you have provided.”
“We have reviewed the certificate provided. There are notable discrepancies between the certificate provided in comparison to certificates issued by ABFM. The certificate provided was not issued by ABFM,” it further stated.
On 24th June 2024, she managed to sneak into a women’s world conference which was endorsed and led by then former President and flagbearer of the NDC.
What this means is that, apart from holding no genuine certificates qualifying Anne Sansa Daly to use the term MD or Dr, she is also not qualified to ‘educate’ Ghanaians on GhOne TV with a program named ‘Health and Life with Dr. Daly’.
