Popular fetish priestess, turned televangelist, Patricia Asiedua
Popular fetish priestess, turned televangelist, Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, has clarified the circumstances under which the Acting Chief Executive of the Ghana Gold Board and National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi gave her a large sum of dollars.
In a viral video, Nana Agradaa explained that she was the one who asked Sammy Gyamfi for money to buy fuel, a request she commonly makes when meeting with ministers.
“I’ve seen all the commentary following Sammy Gyamfi’s kind gesture, with some people claiming that I insulted President Mahama. Let me set the record straight, I was the one who asked him for some money to buy fuel. Whenever I meet ministers, I usually do that,” she stated.
The televangelist also questioned why the bloggers who captured the video left out the part she went on her knees to apologise to JM and Lordina Mahama.
“Why did they leave that part out?” she asked, implying that her apology was not given the same level of attention.
Nana Agradaa further revealed that Sammy Gyamfi had offered her advice during their interaction, suggesting that she should refrain from insulting others and focus on her pastoral work instead of becoming involved in politics.
“Sammy Gyamfi advised me to refrain from insulting Owusu Bempah. He said I should not be actively involved in politics and should rather focus on my pastoral work,” she explained.
She also mentioned that her husband had knelt down to apologise to Sammy Gyamfi.
Controversy erupted after a video surfaced showing Gyamfi publicly handing over a large sum of dollars to Agradaa, sparking massive debate on social media regarding the act.
