Today, a spotlight shines on a young man from the University of Cape Coast doing extraordinary things to empower the youth for an excellent future.

Ntiamoah Kwame Ntim is a level 300 Bachelor of Laws student with extensive leadership experience and a passion for seeing young people attain their fullest potential. To do this, he has rolled out a mentorship program dubbed “Mentorship with NK NTIM” which has been running for the past 8 years.

In previous years, the program was run through the organization’s conferences to train youth in leadership, entrepreneurship, soft skills, etc. After 8 years, however, the program has taken a new turn. To enhance skill acquisition, measure impact, and track the progress of participants, the program will run forthwith as short courses under the various tenets enlisted.

NK NTIM’s vision is to create the largest community of young and enthusiastic students and youth committed to their personal and professional development in Ghana and Africa as a whole. Aside from striving for academic excellence, The Ntim Fraternity as the community is referred to is committed to self-discovery and growth to afford participants a competitive advantage in and especially out of school.

It is an open secret that jobs are no longer readily available and the few that are, seekers ought to have a competitive advantage to fill such positions. And this is the mandate of the Ntim Fraternity. Beyond empowering the youth with skills for employment, NK NTIM intends to train youth interested in Entrepreneurship and offer them guidelines to be successful entrepreneurs like himself.

This vision was born during his undergraduate days at the University of Cape Coast and keeps burning as he believes in the unique god-given potential of the youth.

Through this program, NK NTIM has supported several youths who are running their businesses, pursuing further studies in and outside Ghana whilst others have landed themselves satisfactory employment.

To NK NTIM, everyone is capable of achieving greatness with guidance and exposure to the right resources.

As he pursues his third degree at his alma mater, he intends to run for the position of SRC President to leverage the office to impact the lives of more students.

To join him on this quest, kindly follow him on all socials @NK NTIM or reach out to him via +233505264284.

The NTIM FRATERNITY’s mantra is Nkabom Nye Mpontu to wit, Unity and Progress.
