Payaza Africa Limited has appointed Frank Anwelle as its new Country Manager for Liberia and Sierra Leone, reinforcing its position as a fintech leader in Africa.

With over 12 years of experience in financial technology, banking, and digital payments, Mr. Anwelle is expected to drive market expansion and strengthen Payaza’s presence in both countries. 

In his new role, Mr. Anwelle will oversee sales growth, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency, ensuring that businesses and consumers benefit from Payaza’s seamless payment solutions.

His leadership in fintech has earned industry-wide recognition, including key awards for digital payment innovation. 

Payaza Africa, a leading provider of cross-border transactions and digital payment solutions, operates in over 19 African countries and has a growing footprint in the U.S., Canada, UAE, and Europe.

With its strong financial stability and commitment to financial inclusion, the company aims to revolutionize digital payments under Anwelle’s leadership. 

His appointment signals Payaza’s strategic focus on expanding merchant acquisition, enhancing SME financing, and fostering financial accessibility in Liberia and Sierra Leone.

With Anwelle at the helm, Payaza is set to accelerate its mission of driving financial innovation and inclusion across Africa.
