It appears the NDC is suffering from the proverbial short memory syndrome. The NPP led by President John Kuffour sets some Pitfalls in anticipation for Late President Prof. Atta Mills to stumble on the notable one was the Single Spine Salary Structure.
President Atta Mills was given a reprieve by Ghanaians to start the implementation of the Single Spine Salary Structure to the following year. That understanding by Ghanaian labour saved President Mills from falling into that diabolical plot.
The NPP knew what exactly they wanted in government and what they expected out of government. All the distraction from the NPP are well orchestration to frustrate the new government.
The NPP knew they weren’t going to fulfill the collective aggreement with the GRNMA, hence they deliberately disadvantaged one of the nurses unions with the view they will kicked against the collective aggreement which will delay the implementation of the collective aggreement.
They also knew the delay would give them some respite that would give them the space and the peace to execute the 2024 campaign which would enable them break the eight in the forthcoming general elections.
Before power was handed over to President John Mahama, they knew the pitfalls ahead of him, and that was what motivated them to say dumsor would get worse till the end of the year, because they knew the challenges at the energy sector that is going to be very difficult for the new government to surmount with barely five days of fuel reserve.
Anybody who underestimate the NPP may be doing that at their own peril. The just called off strike is one of the several pitfalls set in motion to distract and embarrass the President Mahama.
The Agyapadie book is the blueprint in which most of their strategies was secretly embedded in, therefore the loyalist and committed handlers of the president must periodically read it to enable them understand the wicked agenda against our beloved country and formulate superior strategies to counter any diabolical plans of the New Patriotic Party.
The NDC itself is facing some internal skirmishes which might create some internal implosion if not managed well. Some selfish elements have found their way into the party whose interest is to make money and do not care about foundation vision of the party.
If such elements are allowed to develop their wings within the party then the members of the party must start singing dirges for the National Democratic Congress.
