The NPP Is A Megalomaniac Political Organization

The divisive and mischievous conduct of the New Patriotic Party reminisce their forebears inward looking characters. They feel comfortable in their stupor behavior.

Former President Jerry John Rawlings, of blessed memory reminded Ghanaians about the original DNA of the New Patriotic Party. He said they are of same breed only charges in name. The forebears of the NPP attacked, criticized, mutilate the name of the first president Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah, unfortunately under the reign of Dr Kofi Abrefa Busia, the Prime Minister did more harm to Ghanaians than their predecessors they contributed in his overthrow.

Dr Kofi Abrefa Busia’s despotic rule characterized by his ethnocentric policies such as the summary dismissal of selected top public administrators (mostly Ewes) popularly known as “Apollo 568” and his inhumane deportation of aliens also known as Aliens Compliance Order, which Nigeria subsequently retaliated.

After the overthrow of Dr Busia’s regime in January 1972, they were in the wilderness for about twenty- eight (28) years. While they were in the wilderness they launched wild attacks and peddled falsehoods on the reputation of former President JJ Rawlings, they insulted and describe him with all derogatory words.

Surprisedly after the defeat of the NDC during the 2000 general elections, President Agyekum Kuffour and the New Patriotic Party took over the reigns of government and he subjected some of their opponent through some inhumane treatment, and their vehicles were forcefully taken from them, others were forcefully ejected from their bungalows, even the former President Jerry John Rawlings was not spared, he was arrested and his privileges taken away from him.

Thousands of public servants whom they labeled as members of the NDC were summary dismissed without recourse to the labour law. Those affected workers were even denied compensation for several years of service to their motherland.

After eight years of president Kuffour ethnocentric rule, Prof John Atta Mills of blessed memory, a lawyer and a patriot. was elected and saddled with the Single spine salary structure by outgoing government of President Kuffour even that he showed some magnanimity to people recruited during the late hours of the outgoing government without terminating those appointments.

President John Mahama also did some recruitment during his last days of his government with the view that his boss late Prof, Mills had set a precedent for emulation. Unfortunately Nana Addo and his New Patriotic Party government did not consider that decision kindly and saw it very ridiculous and unacceptable hence he sacked almost all of them including essential services providers like nurses and teachers.

Nana Akufo Addo really surprised everyone hearing he recruited mass of the youth whom he denied employment within his second term of office with the excuse of job freeze by the IMF conditionalities. Why should the former President repeat something he and his appendages vehemently condemned eight years ago, now shamelessly making noise when a similar dose is administered to cure the disease that bloat the public and civil service with abnormal numbers of recruited youth.

it’ is sad leaders of organised labour will throw principles and integrity to the wind while shamelessly sat down aloof eight years ago when evil were perpetuate on innocent citizens. Thousands of Ghanaian youth were sack in 2017 without murmured from any of them. Some of them conspired with the former government to offload SSNIT hotels to a minister of state for pittance, if it was not the intervention of Mr Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa those hotels would have gone to this criminal minded individuals.

Yesterday leaders of Organised labour who put their tail in their legs when the nation needed them to mount pressure on the government to freed them from those wicked nation wreckers who are poisoning our water bodies and destroying the eco biological zones. Today those shameless leaders have embarked on a nationwide strike on a flimsy issue which is not fatal to the life or to the economy.

Another surprise from these compromised leaders who failed to defend the young men and women sacked by Nana Akufo Addo’s government early 2017, these leaders have not seen nothing wrong with the previous government that is under an IMF program and a freeze on employment. They are not worried about the burden the conduct of government engaging young men and women into institutions where there are no vacancies without financial clearance from the finance ministry.

Where are they expecting the new government to find money to pay the salaries of the newly recruited officers who were recklessly engaged, if the new government heed to their request to absolve them.

The destructive conduct of Nana Akufo Addo and his government have shown they are very dishonest, hypocrites, and very mischievous descendants of Danquah Busia tradition. They criticize everything and anything of their political opponents but does the worst things whenever similar opportunities are given to them. Let me leave them with this Bible verse from proverb 23:7 “what man thinketh in his mind so he is”
