Executives of the Young Cadres in the Nandom Municipality, a recognized wing of the United Cadres Front (UCF) under the National Democratic Congress (NDC), paid a courtesy call on the Constituency Chairman, Mr. Philimon Wein, popularly known as Chairman 24/7, on Saturday, April 5, 2025.
The visit was aimed at acknowledging and celebrating Chairman Wein’s exceptional leadership, dedication, and unifying spirit—qualities that continue to inspire grassroots activism and strengthen the party’s structures within the constituency. The engagement was further graced by the presence of the Deputy Constituency Secretary, Mr. Martin Neekure, adding significance to the occasion.

The citation praised his unwavering commitment to the party, his tireless efforts in fostering unity, and his hands-on approach to party activities at all levels.
Receiving the citation, Mr. Wein expressed deep appreciation for the honour and thanked the Young Cadres for their recognition. He lauded their dedication to youth mobilization and emphasized the critical role young people play in advancing the party’s goals at both the local and national levels.
The meeting concluded with a renewed sense of purpose and unity, as both the Young Cadres and party leadership pledged to continue working collaboratively to ensure the growth and future electoral success of the NDC.
